Making A Purchase Making a purchase is easy, just browse our Online Store and add any items you want to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices shown include VAT (UK/ EU countries only) which is displayed at Checkout. Postage depends on destination and the cost is displayed before you are asked to pay for your goods. You can correct any mistakes , e.g. change the product or quantity in your order, or delete items, by viewing your Shopping Cart and making the necessary changes there.

You are only committed to purchase any item after you have entered your payment details and completed the Checkout process. A Receipt will be displayed that you can print for your records. Please ensure you have a printer connected and working, to print your Receipt.

We accept credit card payments only. If you are shopping from outside the UK your card company will convert the total into your own currency. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and any other currencies (if shown) are for guidance only. You will then receive an E-mail acknowledgement from us detailing your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by us, and is for your information only and to comply with UK E-Commerce regulations.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling We operate simple flat-rate shipping charges as follows (price per order). We ship by Royal Mail and a signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to deliver your order right away but please check stock availability with us beforehand if you need your prom gown by a certain date. Items are normally sent on next day delivery when in stock. If on rare occasions your choice or size is temporarily out of stock we will contact you for further instructions.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.00 % VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security We use HSBC Secure ePayments for card processing to verify and process credit card payments. Additional security checks are used to eliminate fraud. Note that your payment details are processed in a secure environment exclusively by HSBC Bank, and your credit card details are not held separately by us.

Returns Policy Your right to cancel an order for goods: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), UK consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling off period. You may return goods at your expense and risk in unused, completely as-new and resaleable condition within 7 (seven) working days starting the day after delivery and obtain a refund of the purchase price paid. This right to cancel does not apply to custom-made goods. None of the aforementioned affects your legal rights as a consumer under other legislation.

If you wish to return goods, please contact us straight away. You must take very good care of the goods and you are responsible for the cost of returns postage. Refunds are made in the same manner that payment was originally made. Any costs that we have to incur in recovering goods from you will be deducted from any sum refunded.
