We want you to be totally satisfied when you buy from PromGownsRUs. You have a 7 working day period in which to return unsuitable items for exchange or refund of the original purchase price exc. P&P. All returned items must be new, unworn and with gown tags still attached. Any gown that we feel has been worn or not cared for will not be accepted.
